Minimum 2 Hour rental

Your private dinner package consists of a private server team and staff.  Menu confirmation and final guest headcount are due 5 business days prior to the scheduled event, if not, the guaranteed minimum listed on your contract will be considered the final count.

West Porch Room Rental Rates:

(accommodates up to 35 guests)

  • Tuesday thru Thursday $75 per hour min 2 hours
  • Friday and Saturday $125 per hour min 2 hours

***Saturday room rental starts at 3 pm

*Minimum $500 food and beverage

The Big Hall Rental Rates:

(accommodates 36 to 150 guests)

  • Tuesday thru Thursday $200 per hour min 2 hours
  • Friday and Saturday $350 per hour min 2 hours

***Saturday room rental starts at 3 pm

*Minimum $1200 food and beverage

General Rules

  • Set-up, breakdown and clean-up time allowed is 30 minutes before and after reservation time.
  • All decorations must be approved by Event Manager, absolutely no confetti or glitter. The use of nails, tacks, and tape that leaves any marks or sticky residue is prohibited.
  • Outside food and beverage are NOT allowed, with the exceptions of specialty cakes, cookies, or cupcakes. Amelia Farm and Market provides all food and beverages  
  • All private dining charges to be on one ticket. We accept cash, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover.  No separate checks. Tax and gratuity are not included in the price of the menu. Prices and menu options are subject to change without notice.  All final tickets will have automatic 20% service fee.  Credit Card required for deposit of one-hour rate to hold the room.
  • Private dining offers limited menu plate service and limited menu buffet service. Prices range from $35 per person up to $55 per person.  Limit to “one entrée” per buffet style dining, you can add additional sides or salad for additional costs.  Guest count over 50 requires buffet style service.

$40   16 Hour Smoked BBQ Brisket and Smoked Chicken halves (BUFFET ONLY)

$45   Pasture Raised Pork Chop

$55   New York Strip

SIDE OPTIONS: Cole Slaw, Hush Puppies, Mashed Potatoes, Mac and Cheese, Black Beans, Mixed Veggies, French Fries

 

DESSERTS: Cheesecake, Homemade Bread Pudding
