The beef featured on the hamburger is from the family’s 100% grass finished herd of angus/Hereford crosses. This meat was sold in Whole Foods before exclusively being sold in AFAM.

Our mission is to go beyond sustainable; aside from utilizing the land and its proximity to the city, we strive to feature local and seasonal ingredients that provides and fresh and tasty meals made simple.

The pork featured on the menu is from a Red Wattle Pig, developed in East Texas, and loved by chefs due to its rich beefy tasting and well-marbled meat. The pigs are rotated on pasture andare given no hormones or antibiotics.

Amelia Farm and Market is the only restaurant in the area where featured pork and beef items are “raised on the farm and sold on the farm”.
